Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these updated guidelines:

  • Reporting Window: All issues, damages, or exchange requests must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Purchase: No physical receipt is required; providing your Order ID is sufficient to initiate a request.
  • Item Condition:
    • Items may be opened for inspection; however, all original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and manuals must be included and available at the time of return.
    • We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is complete and in its original state.
  • Change of Mind Exchange:
    • If the order delivered is correct but you wish to exchange it due to a change of mind, a 10%15% deduction will be applied to the total value.
    • This fee covers our initial free shipping costs, taxes, and administrative restocking. The remaining balance will be processed for your refund or exchange.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:

If the product is faulty or does not match your order, we will provide a full replacement or refund with zero deductions.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders across the GCC.

  • Shipping Destinations and Timelines:
    • Saudi Arabia (SA) & UAE (AE): 7–9 business days.
    • Kuwait (KW), Qatar (QA) & Bahrain (BH): 8–10 business days.
    • Oman (OM): 10–12 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: We cover all standard shipping fees. No hidden delivery charges will be added at checkout.
