1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Note: Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

2. Return Process

  • If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Return shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales

  • Used, worn, or altered items
