At Aynan Luxe, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic luxury products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Note: Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
2. Return Process

If approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
